All Over bar the Uploading!

Hello Digital @ Hereford has a been a fantastic event with an explosion of creativity, installations in town, inspirational talks and a final great VJ party last night where the new VJers, fresh from learning how to do it, went straight on to their first gig at The Volunteer.

A couple of short films from the One-The Working Social workshop for new media artists are up on our youtube pages, and yesterday while three workshops were running at the Art College, people around the county and beyond started the Photography Marathon with fresh themes given out every hour. See their photos on our flickr pages at http://www.flickr.com/photos/30578192@N02/

We will be uploading films and photos from the other workshops, Animating Photos, Stop frame Animation, Digital Photography, and Vjing Workshop over the next couple of days so keep checking our youtube and flickr pages.

You can also read a review of Price James' talk My Work and Life: Tales from the Music Video Frontier on http://blog.hellodigital.net/2008/10/hello-from-hereford-price-james/

We are delighted to add two new events to our programme!

On Friday 24th Fowler+Sumner will host a one day event for emerging and established new media artists to come together and enjoy a day of creative exchange, One - The Working Social, at Hereford College of Arts from 10:00 - 4:00. One - The Working Social is an opportunity to create new work, experiment with ideas and share inspiration with a group of peers. You can see more about Fowler+Sumner's work and practice on www.fowlersumner.net

And on Saturday 25th at 12:00 Michael Baig Clifford, BAFTA award winning director will talk about his collaboration with video artist Ravi Deepres at the Folly Arts Theatre, Hereford College of Arts.
